If your profile has not been included in the Q.B. list, or if information has been ommited or incorrectly listed, then please send an email to the email address below (in blue). The email should include the following information:

The subject line ‘ My Profile’

Last name,     First name or name by which you wish to be known,

Email address,   Postal address, Phone number, mobile number, fax number

Your Conway number (if you can remember it)

If you would like to include your photograph and the story of your life - Age 17 to 63 (or thereabouts) then please attach a seperate file for each with your email. Preferable formats for the attachments are:

Microsoft word document for your life story (If you do not have Word for Windows then any plain text file will do such as Microsoft Notebook.

An image file containing your photograph about 300 pixels square and jpeg format. That is with extension .jpg

Please include your last name in the file name of any attachments
