The objective of this web site is twofold. Firstly to re-unite all of us who shared a common “term” and were Quarter Boys aboard the ship in the Christmas term of 1956 and secondly to provide a discussion platform from which to organise a re-union.  Your ideas and thoughts are always welcome. Re-Union 2004

11^th / 12^th June 2004

The plans for the weekend are:   (times with * are approximate)

Friday 11th.  Check into hotel anytime after midday

1845 hrs       Coach from hotel to home of Richard and Jan Webb who are kindly hosting an                     evening barbeque

2200 hrs*    Coach  back to hotel

Saturday 12th

1100 hrs       The voyage.  Beaumaris pier to Plas Newydd dock aboard the good ship  ‘Queen                    of the Seas’

1200 hrs*      Disembark at the dock.   Tour of grounds and buildings of Plas Newydd with                         refreshments and light lunch on the mess deck.

1600 hrs*      Coach from Plas Newydd to Bulkeley hotel, Beaumaris

1930 hrs for 2000 hrs   Re-union Dinner at the Royal, Angelsey Yacht Club, Beaumaris                                               N.B.  The yacht club is only a short walk from the hotel)

Sunday 13th  For those who wish to visit the Conway Chapel in Birkenhead, you will need to                        leave the hotel by 1030 hrs.  Journey to Birkenhead is normally about 90 mins,                      but Sunday morning in mid June could see a lot of holiday traffic
